How long will my order take to get to me?
Typically, most orders will take 24-48 (working) hours to process and ship. Orders are not shipped on a Sunday.
You will be contacted if your order is going to take longer than this timeframe to process.

I have a special request, I would like you to make something for me.
I do often do commissions for people who request them. Please have a very clear idea about what it is you would like me to do. It is possible for me to make larger amounts of some items for group parties / favours. Please contact me at the above address for more information.

Can I buy wholesale from you?
No, I do not currently do wholesale orders.

Can I buy your products in any other stores?
No. I have decided that I will no longer sell my products through public stores due to the heavy price increase they incur on my items, which is ultimately a disadvantage to you. I sell everything online, and occasionally do craft fairs or markets, where my prices will reflect the current selling price of every item online.

I love your stuff. Can I copy it and sell it myself?
No. All designs and products sold on this website are intellectual and physical property of fefleur.net and any copy-cats will not be tolerated.
